It is quite the active location with lots of good stories, more than just the boy. There is a stage hand named Percy who is seen, looking like a solid person, at least two dogs, a lady in the balcony and a woman crying on the balcony stairs. We caught some interesting EVPs during our short time there. IWould love to go back!

It was the grand theater then...showing b run movies
When there was a stage show I would often spend time with the stage hand, Percy Keene. I would love to go back with a team to try and talk to my old friend. I would share and orange soda with him.
He was a very sweet man.
I often slept at the Grand because the manager of the theatre was a family friend. I had my run of the place. She had an apartment on the second floor. There were 2 "secret enterences" to her apartment.
She has since pasted away...she hated leaving the Grand and I would not be surprised if she is there now.
It was sometimes my job to turn off all the lights ...I always ran from the auditorium.
