A ghost named Simon haunts the theater. He is particularly fond of the balcony section, where he flips seats, giggles, and makes footsteps. He is also known to drop harmless objects, such as newspapers, onto the stage from the ceiling. Also, a girl haunts the dorms at night, searching for her lost love. After he left her, she just wasted away.

One: He was a construction worker who died on the site during construction.
Two (and the most believed and likely): Simon was a student at HSU many years ago. His teacher required that the class go see the current production (like many teachers do). It is said that he died in a car crash on the way to the performance, but people still saw him that night. The following class, the professor mentioned his passing and the students were puzzled, because they had had contact with him after he had died.
He wanders Arkansas Hall. You can hear footsteps at night. He enjoys running up and down the aisle, laughing at students' fear. If there is a swing used in a set, he will swing on it.
If you are in the building late at night working on a project, there is a good chance you will run into him.
