Many people have spotted a ghosts named Opal there. At night you can often hear someone saying "Opal" over and over again. The playground equipment shakes as if someone is playing on it. Reports of lights turning on and off at random times, a man seen walking through the handicap gym when no ones there, and doors opening and closing by themselves.
