Lights flicker although there is no electricity, ghosts seen on roof and tower; film appears on vehicle and will not come off until you are within a couple miles of the building. This building was once the Oak Grove Seminary in 1844 then became Oak Grove Coburn in 2001 and has now been renovated and become the site for the Maine Criminal Justice Academy.
