Supposedly the ghost of a girl who was raped and murdered in the park sometime in the late 1800's. Some witnesses report seeing a glowing blue mist when passing the duck pond, the mist appears to float directly over the center of the pond. After watching it for about thirty seconds, the fog flickers and then vanishes like a flame being blown out.
